There are many things I can say about the high quality of service I provide to my home seller and home buyer clients, but probably none would be as credible as testimonials from some of my recent clients themselves.

| I met Derek Kliner in 1993 when my wife and I moved to the Denver area, when Derek was associated with RE/MAX Southeast. Derek showed us many properties, trying to find the right fit for our expectations. We were very impressed with Derek's knowledge of the Denver real estate market and his patience with our frustration in finding suitable housing for our needs when the Denver real estate market was "roaring" skyward at that time. He carefully researched properties and neighborhoods for us, and helped us choose the property best suited for our price range and needs. | |||
| When I accepted a transfer to Miami in 1995, we immediately agreed that Derek would be our agent for the sale of the property we had bought in 1993. Under Derek's management, that property sold very quickly, in less than a month, as I recall. | |||

| Recently, in October 2003, we again called upon Derek to assist us in locating a house closer in because of out desire to be closer to our son, daughter-in-law and our only granddaughter who is now 2 years of age. After looking for several months, we chose a house that is only 2.2 miles from our grand daughter and her parents. We are truly happy with our decision. Again, Derek worked very competently and patiently with us to find the house that would meet our requirements. And, yes, we chose Derek to sell our house in Castle Pines Village which closed 25 days after our purchase of the house closer to our grand daughter. | |||
